Your amazing teachers and community partners are getting crafty as they prepare for this Friday's Trunk or Treat! There will be 15+ trunks, special guests, a photo booth and most importantly, you get to vote for the winning "Best Decorated Trunk"! While this event is free to attend, we do have Casa Maria, SoulFull and DRIP St.Louis joining us to offer dinner and drink options for purchase.
Don't forget...the winning trunk gets a prize so don't miss out on an opportunity to support your teachers!

Hello Belle Valley Families,
We want to start by celebrating our students and all the positive things happening throughout our school! We have been so proud of the positive office referrals coming in this school year. Our students are showing us every day that they can make great choices, work hard, and be kind to others. Be sure to check out our 100s Chart outside the elementary gym as we continue celebrating these accomplishments!
As we continue supporting our students, we would love your help in reinforcing a few school expectations at home. A quick conversation can make a big difference in helping students understand that these expectations apply both at school and with their friends.
Please remind your child that we use safe and appropriate words and actions. This includes not talking about weapons, pretending to make weapons with our hands, or making threats, even when joking or playing. We also encourage students to tell a trusted adult if they hear or see something that makes them uncomfortable or concerned.
We are also encouraging students to keep their hands and bodies to themselves, even during play or horseplay. What starts as playing around can sometimes become too rough and no longer be fun for everyone.
We want our school to be a place where everyone feels valued, so please remind your child to use kind and encouraging words. While joking and “roasting” can sometimes be fun, words can hurt. We want our students to build one another up and make their friends feel good about themselves.
Finally, please remind your child that the bus is an extension of the school day. Safe hands, respectful language, taking care of property, and following directions are important on the bus just as they are at school.
Thank you for partnering with us and helping reinforce these positive habits at home. We are incredibly proud of our students and all the wonderful things they are doing each day. Together, we can continue helping our students learn, grow, make good choices, and be their best!

our favorite fall event, the Monster Mash, is coming up next Friday - October 30th!
It will be outside at the Belle Valley Pavillon from 5:30-8pm.
Only Belle Valley 7th & 8th grade students are allowed to attend. Enjoy an evening of music, outdoor games, a costume contest, s’mores and more!
Tickets are $5 to enter & there will be concessions available.

An urgent message from Belle Valley PTO regarding Bobos Fundraiser. Due to no school this Friday, October 9th, In-Person Bobos Cash & Check Orders are now due this Thursday, October 8th.

Save the date! Boo at Belle Valley, our trunk or treat event for elementary, will be held on Friday, October 23rd from 5:30-7:00pm. Students must be accompanied by an adult. We hope to see you there! We are still accepting candy donations, so please consider dropping a bag into one of our monsters in the office!
The Belleville East Girls Flag Football team is running a 1 day camp at Belle Valley Middle School on Wednesday, November 4th. The camp is OPEN TO BELLE VALLEY STUDENTS ONLY from grades Kindergarten-8th. The camp will run from after school until 5:30 PM. The administration will help the camp pickup the girls after school.

Don't forget that tomorrow night is our Social Media Night for Parents/Caregivers! Please join us at 6:00pm Friday October 2 in the school cafeteria. There will be free childcare, refreshments, and gift card raffles! The homeroom with the highest parent/caregiver attendance will earn a pizza party!
